Confirmations directly from The Inn at Civano will be emailed to each guest through our Reservation Key Software. Emails from us will include a Request verification and Payment request or receipt. This email will be followed by our policies, thank you for your payment and directions for check in. Closer to your arrival you will receive directions and our map is on the website.
Our Pledge To Our Guests: The Inn at Civano welcomes all responsible guests regardless of their race, religion, ethnic origin, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. We encourage our guests to “be themselves” here at The Inn at Civano. There will be no covert or overt effort to impose our personal religious, political, or social convictions on any of our guests or create an environment where such closely held convictions of our guests may feel unwelcome. We celebrate and honor all those we are privileged to lodge under our roof!
Deposits: are required on all reservations: One night minimum, Weekly/Monthly = $500 minimum. Discounted reservations are paid in full at time of booking.
We accept Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through our Merchant provider which is Paypal Inc. You are NOT required to have a Paypal Account to use the service.
Our Office opens at 4pm on your arrival date. Check-in time is between 4:00 and 6:00 pm. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 pm, please call to make special check-in arrangements.
Check-out time is 11:00 am
Guest Home Reservation Policies
Home Policies will be emailed to you along with any requested information when your inquiry is made or when a quote is sent for a monthly home reservation. The unit is reserved monthly. Our reservation policies are sent along with your confirmations. Besides the monthly rate, there is a required damage deposit (if you have been offered the Builders referral deal, please see that offer for details about the Variable last Month and Deposit). You will also be responsible for cleaning fees, and there is a cap on the Utilities of $100 monthly electric bill, and $75.00 on the monthly water bill. You will be charged for any overages. Refunds - Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, 100% refunds are available up to "Refund Period". 15 days(May-October) or 90 days(November-April) before date of reservation. Within "Refund Period"(15 or 90 days) of arrival date, if cancellation is replaced by another paid reservation we will refund 90% - if not replaced, no refunds are available. Please Note: Refund transactions will only be refunded in the same manner we received them.(credit card back to same credit card or bank account).
Children 8-12 years old with a well behaved parent stay for free. The Inn is not able to accept children under 8.
While pets are not allowed in the main home of Inn at Civano, they are welcome in selected Homeshare Civano Accommodations, please ask.
